Our Thinking
Fieldview was founded in 2021 and is a privately owned real estate investment company focusing on value-add opportunities with a strong focus on purchasing freehold land and buildings on an unconditional basis that has the potential for residential or mixed–use development or re-purposing.
The opportunities we invest in are across a diverse range of assets, including office, retail, residential, and industrial. Fieldview’s strength in executing a wide variety of business strategies is reflective of both our team’s expertise and dedication across the real estate landscape.
We identify land and buildings that are no longer fit for purpose and can either be replaced or refurbished to become more sustainable, efficient and drive monetary growth. We see the value in future proofing and thinking beyond profit, instead making a positive impact on people’s lives.
In this, we are focused on creating schemes with social and environmental responsibility at the forefront, building communities that are sustainable, and where possible, enhance the landscapes existing biodiversity.
